The LITTLE DRAGONS curriculum is set up to give children a head start in martial arts by taking the time necessary to build a strong foundation to build upon. There are 6 stripes that a student must earn to advance in rank and skill. The stripes that a LITTLE DRAGON will get on his or her Dee (Belt) will be Orange, Green and Red, just like the belt colors they will earn later on in their training. These levels will teach the basic kicks, punches and blocks needed to move on to the DRAGON Levels and ultimately to graduate into the main SOO BAHK DO CLASS.

STRONG BODY (control)
Do you know your techniques, and can you do them without help?

STRONG MIND (focus)
Can you answer questions about Soo Bahk Do and control your energy?

STRONG SPIRIT (attitude)
Do you try your best and show a good attitude in class?
