The Federation has set up an agenda of actions that it wants to accomplish and uphold in the new Millennium. These actions will benefit the growth of the art as well as further world relations.

4. Active Administration. Instructors take an active role in the Federation.

5. Student Organization. Students take an active role in the Federation.

6. Financial Stability. The growth and longevity of the Federation.
