S.A.C. and the T.A.C. The volunteers of the S.A.C. and the T.A.C. donate a tremendous amount of their time to ensure that you will have access to the technical guidance and insight you need to pursue your study of the Moo Duk Kwan system. Grandmaster Hwang Kee has established very high standards for rank certification and for those who wish to be certified to instruct Moo Duk Kwan to others. The T.A.C. is charged with upholding these standards throughout the U.S. Federation and with counseling the Board of Directors so that the activity of the Federation always preserves the purity and unique mature of our martial art.
Senior Advisory Committee When the T.A.C. was first organized it consisted of 5 Sa Boms (W.Y. Chung Sa Bom Nim, Larry Seiberlich Sa Bom Nim, Russ Hanke Sa Bom Nim, Andy Ah Po Sa Bom Nim and Victor Martinov Sa Bom Nim )appointed by Kwan Jang Nim. These Sa Boms made great contributions for many years to the development of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan. Upon the re-organization of the Technical Advisory Committee, a Senior Advisory Committee was established. The S.A.C. serves as senior council and advisors for current T.A.C., giving a more visible and active leadership role to the next generation of Moo Duk Kwan practitioners.
